I really enjoyed Four Tet's remix of Pole's "Heim" so I made my own version with the same ideas, and fleshed it out more with some additions of my own.

All the piano is from a five-second long sample of me tinkling around randomly in the highest keys.

The drums are from various old drum machines.

The scraping-like sounds heard in the beginning are modified vinyl crackle.

The photograph is from an '05 trip to New Orleans. I do not know who the artist of the paintings is. :(
